Job Summary

This position serves as a primary point of responsibility for customer service and quality governance in the Specialty Clinics, while also managing administrative duties and coordinating special projects that support Epilepsy providers and enhance departmental operations

Pay Range

Minimum $25.46 Midpoint $33.73 Maximum $42.01

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a clinic or acute care setting.

• Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in data collection. Two (2) years of experience in customer service.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.

Training

• Required: None required.

Specialized Skills

• Required: Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others. Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure. Critical thinking and crisis intervention skills. Able to multi-task and work efficiently and effectively in an environment subject to numerous interruptions e.g., multiple demands, inquiries, special projects requiring critical deadlines. Able to use computer and software programs necessary to the position e.g., Microsoft Word and comparable software, Excel, PowerPoint. Able to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology. Promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission and understand and exceed customer expectations. Able to effectively solve complex patient care and organizational problems; role model positive and professional behavior.

Licensure

• Required: None required.

Work Environments - Functional Demand:

Light - Moderate energy level Lift and carry 25-35 lbs. Push/pull 50-100 lbs. (ie. empty bed, stretcher).
