Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions ("AIs") to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual's previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

For information related to MRC Scheme, "Frequently Asked Questions for In Scope Individuals" is published by HKAB/Industry Guidelines or further information will be available upon request, if it is applicable to the position(s) applied.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the assigned trade functions in an efficient and accurate manner;
• Provide professional opinion to our customers;
• Check and approve daily transactions;
• Coach and support subordinates;
• Perform other duties as delegated.

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above;
• 8 years of experience in trade finance operations with at least 3 years in handling open account trade transaction;
• Solid knowledge in trade products, particularly on open account trade, including Trade Credit Insurance related products & documentation;
• Solid skill and practical trade operational experience, particularly on open account trade;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Prudent and attentive to details;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
