Job Responsibilities:
- Assist on processing/checking the account opening documentation
- Handle phone/internet banking creation and maintenance
- Process cheque book request
- Handle customer information update and customer profile creation
- Ensure the instructions coming from business unit are timely and properly updated into relevant systems
- Take up ad-hoc task as assigned
- Perform general clerical duties
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- With at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Banking Operations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prudent and attentive to details
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh Graduate will be considered
