Senior Administrative Assistant

Work Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Location: Onsite/in person, Children's Corporate Center

What you will do:

As a key administrative professional, you will provide comprehensive support that ensures the smooth operation of a dynamic environment. Under general direction, you will independently perform a wide range of complex administrative functions, requiring sound judgment, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of organizational structure, policies, and strategic priorities.

You will take initiative to anticipate the needs of the team and leaders you support—proactively identifying tasks and resolving issues before they escalate to ensure work flows efficiently and effectively. This role requires a self-starter with a service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely communication across departments and with external partners.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Supporting project coordination and execution of departmental initiatives.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve administrative processes and deliver high-quality service.

What you will need:

  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
  • A minimum of five years of administrative or related experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Children's values and the ability to consistently model guiding behaviors that support our mission and vision.
  • Proficiency with computers, standard office software, and administrative procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, teamwork, and effective information management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
