HR Compliance Specialist

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the HR Compliance Specialist supports the contingent worker recruitment function, maintains employee file compliance needs and recruits all Temporary Employee hires. The HR Compliance Specialist will partner with the HR Compliance Advisor to implement strategies to meet Children's Minnesota initiatives, policies, applicable laws, and regulations. This role reports to the HR Compliance Advisor.

License/Certification/Registration required? No

Education:*Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.*In lieu of degree, three years of combined administrative and human resources related experience.

Experience:*One year of human resources/recruitment experience strongly preferred.*Experience working with multiple software systems simultaneously.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*General knowledge of HR employment laws.*Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.*Ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through skills.*Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.*Effective problem solving, process improvement, and troubleshooting skills.
