Provides safe patient care as delegated by licensed nursing staff and maintains equipment and supplies per unit standard. Completed a nursing assistant course or equivalent experience, or completed a nursing or health care related clinical practicum course. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year of previous Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficient communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills required. Strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively in English to perform functions of the position. Skills in basic computer operation.
