Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales and Brand Growth Director to join our launch team at Chick-fil-A Brockport. This is a rare opportunity to help build a Chick-fil-A from the ground up, driving local brand awareness, catering growth, and sales initiatives that will expand the restaurant's impact in the community. You'll work closely with the Operator and leadership team to create strategies that deliver measurable growth, deepen community partnerships, and build Chick-fil-A Brockport's reputation as a daily destination for hospitality and care.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute sales-building strategies including catering, digital sales, and local store marketing
- Build strong community partnerships with schools, businesses, and local organizations
- Increase brand visibility through events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives
- Drive guest loyalty by leveraging customer feedback, engagement tools, and CFA loyalty platforms
- Collaborate with the Operator and Directors to align sales initiatives with operational excellence and team culture
- Lead and mentor a team focused on guest engagement, brand promotion, and catering fulfillment
- Create measurable goals and track progress for catering and local store marketing initiatives
- Reinforce Chick-fil-A's culture of care, excellence, and impact through every touchpoint
Background Profile
- 1+ year of leadership or marketing/sales experience (Chick-fil-A leadership preferred)
- Proven ability to build community relationships and generate sales growth
- Strong skills in communication, networking, and strategic planning
- Experience managing catering operations or off-premise dining preferred
- Comfortable with public speaking, presentations, and event leadership
- Results-driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and special events
