We are seeking a Customer Service Professional who is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As part of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders.
• Proactively engage with customers to uncover their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
• Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
