Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator ensures Chick-fil-A Marysville is represented with excellence in every Guest interaction, catering event, and community partnership. This role combines hospitality, creativity, and outreach—supporting Guests with their orders, promoting our menu, and connecting with the community through events and social media.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Guests to ensure catering/event orders are correct and fully prepared.
• Guide Guests through menu options, providing recommendations to make their event successful.
• Deliver catering orders and event supplies as needed (valid driver's license required).
• Develop and post engaging content on Chick-fil-A Marysville's social media platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing events that connect our restaurant with the community.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local non-profits, schools, and businesses.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Marysville at community events and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Track event outcomes and Guest feedback to improve future experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills with Guests, team members, and community partners.
• Willingness to learn Chick-fil-A's full menu to support Guest needs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Creative and proactive in generating new marketing ideas and events.
• Experience in social media management or event planning is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time (must be available for events, which may include evenings/Saturdays at times).
