Who We Are Seeking: We're looking for a compassionate, strategic, and culturally grounded leader to serve as Assistant Director of Health & Social Services. This role supports program operations and grant administration, reporting directly to the Operations Officer. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who promotes ethical, culturally centered care and helps guide impactful services and outreach. Key duties include managing budgets and grants, supporting new program planning, and representing H&SS in meetings. We're seeking someone committed to continuous learning, healthy communication, and creating a supportive environment for staff, Tribal citizens, and the community.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
Certificates and Licenses: A valid Alaska Driver's license and the ability to be insured on CVTC's vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position.
Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check: This position requires you to complete and pass a pre-employment state and federal background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
