We have an exciting opportunity for a Workday Application Engineer - Compensation and Benefits. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Knowledgeable in any of the following technologies:
Skilled in Workday related to one or more of the following: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security and Data Conversion Skilled in scripting to automate workflow, and in low code development platforms
Skilled on Compensation and Benefits Workday or one or more of the following Workday Modules: Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time and Attendance Tracking, Integration, Security and Data Conversion
Working knowledge of software engineering principles
Strong communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills with solid ability to convey business and technical information to a diverse audience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage difficulties with persistence
Self-directed, flexible, working with minimal supervision, takes initiative, displays a high degree of ownership
Ability to effectively deal with change and consistently maintain composure and logical thinking while under pressure
Organized and skilled at planning. Ability to work from a high-level to a low level of detail and handle multiple assignments with varying priorities and deadlines
Experience/knowledge in Agile SAFe, Kanban and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge and hand-on experience in two or more of the following is a plus: C#, C++, Angular, Node.js, SQL, Ansible, R, Java, Python, Azure, Web services (WCF and/or RESTful services), Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX), Oracle / SQL Server among others
