Retail Support Specialist
This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review, interpretation and administration of various US-Based fuel retail brand programs and retail support functions
- Prepare reports as needed by the various programs
- Work with various company and external business partners to successfully execute retail brand programs
- Identify, document, and share best practices within the team
Retail Brand Programs to be handled:
- Image Execution and Customer First Programs – Address inquiries related to program and process enrolment, withdrawal and re-shop of sites
- Insurance Compliance - Generate, monitor and analyze list of active retailers subjected to compliance requirement
- Fuel Quality Investigation Process and Testing Program - Perform root cause analysis of failed fuel sample inspections
- Tobacco Compliance – Generates list of non-compliance sites and monitors compliance
- Retail Service Award – Generate list of Retail Service Awardee, prepare and reconcile Purchase Orders for invoice processing
Retail Support Functions to be handled:
- SAP Gateway Billing Process – Complete mass billings that maybe requested from Business Processing Group
- Rental Contracts - Update of equipment rentals in the system
- Freight Diversion Reimbursement – Process reimbursement and ensure that Marketers are credited with the correct amounts
- Marketer Investment Incentive Program – Ad-hoc administration of active Incentive Programs. Review and approve manual volume submission, update active program offerings and address inquiries related to volume transmission and payment inquiries
- SAP Plant Maintenance – Serves as gatekeeper for Material Master
- Retail Training Program & Mimeo Print On Demand – Review enrollment and assign applicable user access level for Retail Training Program & Mimeo Print On Demand offerings

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in any field
- Customer service experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or call center industry is an advantage
- Elevated level of customer service orientation and keenness on details
- Ability to solve problems logically and critically
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and work in a multi-cultural, fast paced environment
- Open to night and shifting schedules and willing to work on Philippine holidays
