HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner acts as a liaison between the HR department and business leaders, providing strategic HR generalist support, guidance, and advice to optimize staffing, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters for business leaders
- Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Facilitate and manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business goals
- Collaborate with HR specialists in recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits to ensure a cohesive employee experience
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Manage and support change management initiatives within the business units
- Coordinate annual pay determination, promotion cycles, growth potential, leadership development nominations

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A master's degree in human resources or related field
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand the business's strategic goals and align HR initiatives to support these objectives
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and effectively resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
- Expertise in identifying talent needs, managing performance, and developing employees to meet organizational goals
- Experience in supporting and leading change management initiatives to drive organizational development and improve performance
- Ability to use HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to business leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in management, preferably in HR.
- Workday or similar HRIS would be preferred, Strong knowledge of Local Labor laws and employment policy
