About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Acts as the main point of contact for all facility-related questions and problems.
  • Answers the CBRES customer service line and receives requests from web-based application. Provides problem resolution either over the phone, by email, or escalates the issue to the next support level.
  • Dispatches service providers and generates work orders for business services and monitors completion of service.
  • Uses web-based application to manage facility and business services work orders.
  • Dispatches work orders to contract service personnel.
  • Coordinate the conference room reservations, including room set up and clean up and catering requests.
  • Keeps customers updated on progress as needed.
  • Continuously monitors completion of service requests and customer satisfaction.
  • Processes customer survey cards to continuously monitor completion of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains Help Desk user manual.
  • Manages the day to day maintenance and enhancements of the MSSC "Location" page on the CBRES website.
  • Adheres to an established problem management and escalation process and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a BPO or call center industry with facilities management services exposure
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • High level customer service orientation
  • Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays, and weekends to meet business needs/requirements
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage
