What You'll Need to Be Successful Day One
Pay Band
Estimated Total Cash Compensation (TCC): $50,000 β $75,000 annually, depending on performance and experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Hourly Rate: $22 β $27 per hour, based on experience and location. This position is eligible for Performance Pay, which includes additional earning potential tied to conversion rate, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
