The Operations team is at the core of Truework's product fulfillment engine. As an Operations Outreach Specialist, you will be directly responsible for completing manual verification requests, a critical step in delivering our core product. You will serve as a key driver of revenue by ensuring verifications are completed accurately, quickly, and in compliance with all standards. This is a high-impact, high-volume role that demands precision, professionalism, and persistence. You'll be engaging directly with employers, payroll providers, and HR contacts to obtain verification data and ensure delivery of time-sensitive products that drive customer satisfaction.
Hourly Pay Range (Nashville, TN): $35,000 - $44,000 USD
At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, Nashville, TN, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch five times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
