Account Executive At Chatlyn

As an account executive at chatlyn, you will play a key role in bringing our AI-powered customer engagement platform to the hospitality world. You will identify and convince hotel businesses and hospitality brands of how our solution revolutionizes guest service while alleviating staff workload. With your sales talent and your understanding of customer needs, you will directly contribute to the growth of chatlyn and actively shape the future of guest communication.

Responsibilities

You will lead our growth and position our solutions with key decision-makers:

  • You will work closely with the team and manage the entire deal lifecycle from qualification, validation to closing.
  • You will analyze customer potentials and identify specific customer needs and wishes.
  • You will conduct stunning product demos to our prospects and inspire the target audience with tailored pitches.
  • You will gather new customer requests and feed them into the continuous product development in the engineering team.
  • You will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product to continuously improve our sales process.
  • You will document and analyze your sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot).

Qualification

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
  • You bring a hunter mentality but are also strong in relationship management.
  • You ideally have experience in the hospitality industry or have a strong interest in the challenges of this industry.
  • You have a structured, goal-oriented working style and excellent communication skills.
  • You have a good technical understanding – ideally in the field of messaging/communication solutions.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
