CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Inspection Sales Representative to join our Commercial & Institutional – Fire Protection Services Team at our Birmingham, AL office.
CHA Fire Protection Services offers highly specialized fire protection engineering services and cutting-edge solutions to the most challenging fire protection projects. Our knowledgeable staff manages complex industrial, commercial and design/build fire protection projects, including sprinkler systems, fire pumps, ground storage tanks, underground piping, and special hazards.
The Inspection Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the client base of the Inspection and Service practice. This key role is focused on identifying, pursuing, securing, and maintaining high-profile, quality clients within the fire protection market, aligned with the business practice's growth strategy. This individual will identify and develop new business opportunities for fire sprinklers, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, kitchen hood, and exit lighting inspections. This includes attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services and expand market reach as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
The Inspection Sales Representative will prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bid packages in accordance with company standards while collaborating with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate project specifications and pricing. Additionally, this role will involve conducting site visits and surveys to evaluate project scope, requirements, and existing system conditions. The Inspection Sales Representative will be expected to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and after project completion.

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
