Sales Activation Supervisor (Residential)

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

As a Sales Activation Supervisor (Residential), your focus is the coaching, development, and supervision of a team of Residential Sales Activation Specialists. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

  • Overseeing the daily complex operations of the Residential Sales Activation Team
  • Tracking the trending of business impacting events and solutions
  • Interfacing with other departments and a wide variety of staff
  • Hiring employees then aiding them throughout their Charter journey

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

  • Experience: Customer service/Sales: 5 years, Voice, Video, and Internet: 4 years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Ability to effectively present data in a comprehensive manner
  • Skills: Communication, collaboration, prioritization, organization, supervision, and multitasking
  • Knowledge of: All four lines of business (Cable, internet, Voice, Mobile), service troubleshooting, office procedures, and company policies
