As an Outside Sales Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a geographically assigned sales team of 10 to 12 sales representatives. Your team will rely on you to lead, support, and motivate them while they offer the highest quality products and services to new and existing residential customers.

Our sales team is on the front lines of powering millions of households. Through our innovative products and services and your leadership, we ensure that our customers stay connected to who and what matters most. A minimum of two years of outside sales or related work experience is required, and six months or more of sales supervisory experience is preferred.
