As a Customer Service Representative, Internet/Voice, you will work from one of our call center locations where you will help optimize the high-speed services for our internet and voice technology, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting guides to provide efficient resolution.

We provide a comprehensive training program to help you become a subject matter expert on our products and services while you create positive experiences for our customers and achieve your financial goals. While six months of customer service experience is preferred, as a member of our team, you'll have the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us.
