What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, tailored demos that align with each prospect's goals and priorities.
  • Uncover and understand customer needs — goals, challenges, budget, timeline, decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota while refining and improving your sales process.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Collaborate across the team to share learnings and implement best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales and/or prospecting experience.
  • Confidence in selling to senior finance leaders (CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, Accountants).
  • Experience closing deals in the $25k–$75k ARR range.
  • FinTech/Payments sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Startup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A sense of urgency, persistence, and genuine curiosity for growth.

$75,000 - $90,000 a year

This compensation for this position is structured with a competitive salary base + commission. OTE: $150,000-$190,000
