Role Summary
This is a rare opportunity to be the senior talent partner for one of Europe's most ambitious mobility and delivery platforms. You'll be embedded with the Business Operations function, shaping how a fast-moving team hires across rides, food, grocery and retail.
You'll work directly with senior Operations leaders, bringing rigor, speed, and genuine market knowledge to every search. This isn't a reactive role — you'll be proactive, consultative, and commercially aware, with full accountability for pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
