Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and respect.
• Support our alcohol team in delivering harm reduction interventions around alcohol use
• Provide non-judgmental advice on safer alcohol use, including reduction and drink down plans
• Complete Breathalyzer testing and recording results
• Completing BBV testing
• Provide information to our service users of mutual aid support groups i.e. AA, SMART recovery groups
• Supporting our service users in attending nurse alcohol assessments and healthcare reviews
• Supporting the alcohol team in case management, recording notes on our case management system
• Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans, working towards their future goals and aspirations
