 
                                                
                                            Supervises and coordinates activities of Service Representatives engaged in handling service orders and telephone complaints of customers by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Directly supervises employees in the Service Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time annually.
