As an early-stage startup, you'll be part of the starting lineup — helping build the foundation for Champion's GTM success alongside the founding team.
Champion is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact with potential new customers. You'll engage with Customer Marketing Leaders, Chief Marketing Officers, and GTM executives about driving growth through customer advocacy.
This is more than a traditional SDR role — it's an opportunity to reimagine how outreach is done. At Champion, we believe the best growth comes from human connection, customer-centricity, empathy, and curiosity. You'll help pioneer a motion that replaces transactional outreach with meaningful engagement — where every conversation builds trust, not just pipeline.
Your goal is to develop relationships with prospects in our Ideal Customer Profile and convert them into high-quality opportunities through authentic outreach, warm introductions, re-engagement of past conversations, and by driving attendance to Champion's in-person and virtual events.
