- The Senior Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations into and out of Workday.
- A key responsibility includes updating and enhancing audits of all inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
- The role involves implementing and upgrading Workday integrations with payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Documentation of each Workday integration’s data models and monitoring for upgrades to reduce errors is a critical task.
- The engineer will also contribute to plans for enabling self-service automation capabilities for employees at Chainalysis.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience with building Workday integrations, showcasing a strong technical background.
- A deep understanding of Workday concepts such as RaaS, EIB, and various connectors is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess demonstrated expertise with WD Studio and related components, including XML and Java.
- Strong collaboration skills are necessary, as the role involves working cross-functionally with various teams including IT, Payroll, and Finance.
- A willingness to explore integrations outside of the Workday ecosystem will be beneficial for the candidate.
