- The Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of customer-facing teams at Chainalysis.
- This role involves assessing the current go-to-market process and collaborating with Executive leadership, Product Management, and Marketing.
- The candidate will develop content frameworks and training programs to enable teams to succeed.
- A comprehensive review of existing enablement programs and processes will be required to onboard new members of the Revenue organization.
- The role includes establishing a framework for measuring enablement’s productivity and effectiveness.
- The Director will create programs for Revenue organization managers to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge.
- Analyzing current go-to-market factors to develop new tools or trainings will be a key responsibility.
- Leading and coaching a team of enablement professionals globally will be part of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or go-to-market leadership within B2B SaaS companies.
- A strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with Revenue executives across global regions.
- Experience in building and leading geographically dispersed teams is highly valued.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach is necessary, along with the confidence to share perspectives with senior leadership.
