What You'll Be Doing

• Build trusted relationships with Houston's leading companies
• Partner with practice leaders to shape go-to-market strategy
• Leverage marketing campaigns and your network to generate new opportunities
• Lead discovery conversations and collaborate with internal experts to design solutions
• Represent solutions that have delivered results for Fortune 500 energy and manufacturing leaders
• Drive growth across Salesforce, Data/AI, and IT Managed Services offerings

What We're Looking For

• 5–9 years of IT consulting or IT staffing sales experience
• Track record of generating pipeline and landing new meetings through relationship-driven selling
• Active Houston network and ability to leverage warm introductions
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and energized by long-term client success
