The Service Desk currently consists of 5 technicians in France, with regular onboarding of new resources.
We're looking for someone to maintain the technical knowledge and skills within the Service Desk, who will also have a coordinating role with the Ops team.
The profile we're looking for is that of an experienced office automation technician, whose duties will include the following, in coordination with the Service Desk manager:
The technical environment comprises all the technical building blocks needed to deliver office automation services, essentially based on Microsoft technologies.
The candidate will be in contact with all CFM employees.
