We're seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead two high-performing teams to deliver integrations and new customer features. You'll oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture through deployment, while still getting into the code when it matters. As the bridge between engineers, product, and leadership, your purpose is to deliver technical excellence, foster continuous improvement, inspire change that rallies teams and align engineering efforts with Certn's business goals.
This role gives you the chance to own critical system components and directly influence customer experience and platform stability. You'll collaborate with passionate engineers, product managers, and leadership, and see the results of your work in delivering scalable, high-quality software.
