Sales Promoter Leader - Tasikmalaya

Indodana is a fintech platform founded by PT Artha Dana Teknologi to provide technology-based financial lending services since November 2017.

Indodana was established to provide financial services for people who do not receive banking services. Our technology allows borrowers to access affordable and flexible digital credit through mobile devices.

Indodana is available to provide convenience, security, and comfort for customers to make loans. By utilizing the experience of our team, this provides an effective solution to address the demands of individual borrowers who are largely underserved by banks in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets in the designated area
• Conduct daily visits to merchants and establish good relationships with store PICs
• Ensure the program runs smoothly in the area and sales targets are met
• Ensure the placement of promotional materials (POP material) in stores is done well
• Coordinate with the operational partner team to obtain information related to sales, competitors, and field problems
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters
• Monitor the daily activities of the Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters

Qualifications

• Minimum education of high school/vocational school or diploma from any major
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage teams and work areas
• Communicative, with marketing skills including through social media
• Preferred candidates with experience in the field of Financial Services Sales (Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willing to work on a shift schedule
