The District Sales Manager is responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area. Daily visits to the merchant are required to ensure the program runs well and sales targets are met. The role involves coordinating with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues. The District Sales Manager will handle sales promotors, promotor team leaders, and merchant relations, monitor daily activities of promotors, conduct field team training, and monitor data for the first billing by promotor and by merchant.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent. Familiar with MS Office and Excel. Familiar with Central Jakarta area is preferable. Required skills include strong leadership and management abilities, good communication skills, and marketing skills with social media.
