• Develop and maintain voice dialog flow features using TypeScript
• Implement conversational logic and state handling for voice-based interactions
• Assist in integrating voice platforms / NLU services (e.g., Dialogflow or similar)
• Work with backend services and APIs to support voice interactions
• Write and maintain scripts (TypeScript / Python) for automation and tooling
• Support CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy) under guidance
• Collaborate with product, backend, and voice design teams to implement dialog behavior
• Debug and fix issues in dialog logic and application flow
• Participate in testing and improving voice interaction quality
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development skills
Number of Years of Work Experience: 0–3 years
• Basic programming experience in TypeScript (or JavaScript)
• Willingness and ability to learn dialog flow / conversational system design
• Basic understanding of software development concepts: - Asynchronous programming (Promise / async-await) - Basic state management concepts
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and HTTP fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows
• Willingness to learn CI/CD and automation scripting
• Strong learning ability and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with TypeScript (Node.js environment)
• Exposure to conversational AI / dialog systems: - Dialogflow / Rasa / Alexa Skills / similar platforms
• Basic understanding of voice interaction concepts: - Intent / Entity - Slot filling - Context / session handling
• Familiarity with scripting: - Python - Shell (bash)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD tools: - GitLab CI / GitHub Actions
• Experience with testing (unit test / integration test) is a plus
• Interest in voice, AI, or human-computer interaction is a plus
