As a Senior Sales Executive, you will become part of a fantastic sales team with dedicated colleagues. You will be responsible for selling Cepheo's digital solutions and services based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, especially to manufacturing companies in Denmark. You will become part of the sales team and will be responsible for driving all phases of a sales project, from planning to closed deals.
Currently, the Danish sales team consists of a total of seven colleagues located in different places in Denmark. The team values having daily contact on Teams to share knowledge and help each other.
In the role of Senior Sales Executive, your focus will be on selling Dynamics 365 solutions to customers within the manufacturing sector (discrete and project-producing/ETO companies). The sales team focuses on five digital business drivers when we engage with new, potential customers:
The above is based on Microsoft's Dynamics 365 technology landscape. Your focus and your dialogues with customers will not be limited to just talking about ERP solutions, but will especially also include everything around ERP, as reflected by the four other digital business drivers. This means you will work with a full-stack approach to your customers.
In this position, you will – in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team – be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new customers and leading them to successful "closed deals".
It is important to emphasize that you will not start from scratch in terms of expanding your customer base, as you will have a team behind you to help you map go-to-market strategies and activities with the aim of creating leads.
For this role, it is crucial that you have experience with or at least an understanding of selling ERP solutions. It is important that you have a great insight into the challenges customers face and how their business can become more effective and create more value through the use of cloud-based ERP systems. It is an advantage if you have experience with D365 BC or D365 FO. However, it is also important that you have knowledge in areas such as Customer Engagement and Data & Analytics, and that you generally have a great understanding of the value we can provide to the customer's business through digitalization.
Thus, not all customer meetings start with an ERP dialogue. Many of the customer meetings are initiated with a Customer Engagement, Analytics, Field Service, or another dialogue, which most often falls under the heading "Digitalization of the Customer's Business".
