In Denmark, Cepheo has offices in several locations across the country, but you decide where you want to work based on what suits you best. We have offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Thisted, and Kolding.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be part of a fantastic sales team with dedicated colleagues. You will be responsible for selling Cepheo's digital solutions and services based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, especially to manufacturing companies in Denmark. You will be part of the sales team and will be responsible for driving all phases of a sales project, from planning to closed deals.

Currently, the Danish sales team consists of a total of seven colleagues located in different places in Denmark. The team values having daily contact on Teams to share knowledge and help each other.

In the role of Senior Sales Executive, your focus will be on selling Dynamics 365 solutions to customers in the manufacturing sector (discrete and project-producing/ETO companies). The sales team focuses on five digital business drivers when we engage with new potential customers:

  • Digital transformation – ERP: Business Central + Finance & Operation
  • CRM & Customer Facing Platforms
  • Cloud
  • Microsoft 365 Sharepoint & Collaboration
  • Industry 4.0 – Analytics, AI, and Copilot

The above is based on Microsoft's Dynamics 365 technology landscape. Your focus and dialogues with customers will not be limited to just talking about ERP solutions, but will especially also include everything around ERP, as the four other digital business drivers reflect. This means you will work with a full-stack approach to your customers.

In this position, you will – in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team – be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new customers and bringing them to successful "closed deals".

It is important to emphasize that you do not start from scratch in terms of expanding your customer base, as you will have a team behind you to help you map out go-to-market strategies and activities to create leads.

For this role, it is crucial that you have experience with or at least an understanding of selling ERP solutions. It is important that you have a great insight into the challenges the customer faces and how their business can become more efficient and create more value through the use of cloud-based ERP systems. It is an advantage if you have experience with D365 BC or D365 FO. However, it is also important that you have knowledge in, among other things, Customer Engagement and Data & Analytics, and that you generally have a great understanding of the value we can provide to the customer's business through digitalization.

Thus, not all customer meetings start with an ERP dialogue. Many of the customer meetings are initiated with a Customer Engagement, Analytics, Field Service, or another dialogue, which most often falls under the heading "Digitalization of the customer's business".

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for developing good relationships with new customers in the manufacturing sector by positioning Cepheo as the best service provider for D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Business Central, Customer Engagement, etc. in Denmark
  • Responsible for cross-selling Cepheo's digital solutions and services based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology landscape, primarily to new but also to existing customers (the job is primarily a hunter position)
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from first contact (note that lead generation is a Marketing & Communications task) to contract negotiations, including the development of presentations, offers, contracts, and "win" strategies
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase Cepheo's coverage in the Danish market with a strong focus on acquiring new customers
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, maintain forecasts, develop the pipeline, and status updates in CRM (Sales Force)
  • Daily contact with the team and sales director
  • Collaborate with pre-sales/delivering team

Expectations for you:

  • Several years of experience in selling ERP solutions (e.g., D365FO, D365BC, SAP, IFS, M3)
  • Knowledge of CRM and Customer Engagement, Cloud, Microsoft O365 & Sharepoint, AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and RPA
  • Experience in leading contract negotiations and winning contracts - At Cepheo, sales live by the motto: "ABC – Always Be Closing"
  • Preferred industry knowledge in the manufacturing area (discrete and/or project industry)
  • Technical mindset
