License Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated license professional to join our team. As a License Account Manager you will work in close collaboration with another colleague in the same role, sharing responsibility for managing licenses across different areas and regions. You'll partner closely with our architects and other departments to ensure licenses are used optimally and that we maintain a high standard of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor existing licenses including expiration timelines and renewal needs.
  • Prepare and manage renewal offers for customers in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark).
  • Provide insight into usage and ensure correct licensing across the full Dynamics 365 stack.
  • Consult with architects on license optimization.
  • Develop and maintain information materials such as campaigns, pricing guides, and internal documentation.
  • Handle server licensing and internal employee licensing at customer sites.
  • Create and document efficient license management processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in license handling, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and server licensing is an advantage.
