Specific Responsibilities Would Include

• P-File Digitization: Scan hard copies, enter data, verify accuracy, and file/archive as needed.
• Recruitment Assistance: Support local recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination. Calling candidate to confirming interview.
• HR Reporting/Tracker Maintenance: Prepare reports using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP for admin and HRM needs, and draft training notices. Create and maintain Excel-based trackers and summary tables (e.g., recruitment status, hiring progress, candidate pool summaries).
• Daily HR Operational Support: Provide daily HR operational support, including organizing documents and meetings, welcoming new hires, and managing interview logistics.
• Training Logistics: Facilitate logistics for offline training sessions, including tracking attendance and sending reminders.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by China HR Managers and the Asia HR team.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements:

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
• Available for 6 months (at least 3–4 days above/week)
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential data.
