Provides case management services to children and families in their home, in the community, and in school settings. Coordinates client care and maintains essential elements of the client's record. Teaches and trains clients in activities of daily living, in a group and individual settings. Connects client with community support systems. Provides telephone and on-site crisis intervention/prevention and follow-up to clients and their families. Will be working closely with foster children, foster families, biological family members, the Indiana Department of Child Services, and other providers on the child's team. This position will be covering a wide territory of Terre Haute, IN and the surrounding counties. This position requires daily travel within the assigned territory.

Education Level: Bachelor's degree.
Years of Experience: Three (3) years of supervised paid casework experience, OR One (1) year of supervised paid casework experience in a licensed child placing agency or with the department, OR One (1) year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work. LCPA experience preferred.
