Summary of Position:
Works with enrolled parents to assist them in creating and building connections in order to assist them to become self-sufficient. Provides case management and outreach services. Assesses clients to identify their family strengths, challenges, and needs. Collaborates with community partners to build connections. Assists and facilitates parent led support groups and parent leadership meetings. Helps to engage parents in Community Action Network meetings.

Education Level: High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual preferred.

Certification/Licensure: CPRS Certification is required.
