Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of members and customers
• Customer service and customer retention
• Reservations for badminton and tennis
• Administrative work
• Telephone switchboard operation
• Handling inquiries
• Cashier operation
• Appointment scheduling

Qualification

• Willingness to work in a shift system (early, late) and on weekends
• High level of responsibility and independence
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and commitment
• Friendly, self-confident, and reliable demeanor
