We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Personnel to join our team in Port Harcourt. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Support customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
