Job Responsibilities

• Contact and manage company-assigned clients, ensuring the development of commercial relationships, achieving sales objectives, and adhering to internal procedures. The role involves coordinating sales and collection activities by phone, promoting products, and preparing necessary reports.
• Develop relationships with assigned clients in accordance with internal standards and procedures, as well as routing planning. Offer solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare customer orders, respecting negotiated commercial conditions and the policy for granting additional budgets.
• Promote company products and services through telephone sales.
• Verify and analyze reports regarding discounts, non-compliant orders, and product residuals.
• Resolve complaints, manage returns, and collaborate with internal departments on various actions.
• Request discount reconfirmations from producers and ensure correct registration together with the Discount Analysis team.
