Responsabilitati:

Contact and develop relationships with assigned clients (pharmacies) in accordance with company internal procedures and standards

Prepare orders for clients in accordance with the commercial conditions negotiated (discount, payment terms, etc.)

Respect the planning regarding telephone contact with clients and providing solutions specific to their needs

Resolve complaints and make returns

Promote the company's products and services through telephone sales

Prepare reports requested by superiors

Job Description

Skills and requirements:

Excellent knowledge - medium level

Communication and relationship skills

Mathematical calculation skills

Persistence in negotiation

Flexible and adaptable person to new situations

Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year - represents an advantage

Schedule: Hybrid, Monday to Friday (08.00 - 16.30)
