Principal Responsibilities And Duties

• Representative of Sales by Phone has the role to contact and manage the company's allocated clients, ensuring the development of commercial relationships, achieving sales objectives, and respecting internal procedures. The position involves coordinating phone activities of sales and collection, promoting products, and preparing necessary reports.
• Contact and develop relationships with allocated clients, in accordance with internal standards and procedures, as well as routing planning. Offer solutions adapted to clients' needs.
• Compile orders for clients, respecting negotiated commercial conditions and the policy of granting additional budgets.
• Promote the company's products and services through telephone sales.
• Verify and analyze reports regarding discounts, non-compliant orders, and product balances.
• Resolve complaints, manage returns, and collaborate with internal departments on different actions.
• Request discount reconfirmations from producers and ensure correct registration of these together with the Discount Analysis team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Persistence in negotiation and goal achievement orientation.
• A flexible person capable of adapting to new situations.

Minimum Skills And Knowledge:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Stable domicile in Bucharest/surroundings.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
