Functions:

• Lead and supervise the marketing analysis team in economic and stock management studies in Alphega pharmacies.
• Perform market analysis with the aim of identifying opportunities and weaknesses in the market.
• Follow up on the company's sales and evaluate its performance.
• Collaborate on the projects assigned to them by the company.
• Resolve incidents within their area of responsibility.
• Coordinate, train and supervise the assigned support staff.
• Detect and propose continuous improvement actions to optimize work processes.
• Ensure the updating and reliability of the databases in the area.
• Meet the deadlines established in those actions that require it.
• Comply with current regulations on data protection and access to information.
• Develop their work in accordance with the established procedures and current regulations on occupational risk prevention.
• Any other function inherent to the job or professional group to which it belongs, which may be assigned to them.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in Market Research or similar.
• Advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, in addition to basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Availability to attend the office 3 days a week (Viladecans, Barcelona).
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and previous experience in team management is highly valued.
• Advanced level of Spanish and English.
• Analytical, organized, proactive person with great attention to detail.
