This position sits within the Health Systems and Government Services (HGS) business under the general direction of the Managing Director – Accreditation Services within Accelerate Pharmacy Solutions (APS). Works closely with other consulting professionals, responsible for delivering key components of client service engagements, managing Accreditation projects with multiple customers simultaneously, and supporting various aspects of practice development, as assigned. Ensures day-to-day provision of contract deliverables is completed and that expected service levels are met or exceeded for clients.

Responsibilities:
Education: Pharmacist degree is strongly preferred. Deep experience with accrediting standards and preparation for health system accreditation processes with entities such as URAC, ACHC, TJC, etc., is required. Advanced degree preferred, such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP; minimum of 3-5 years hospital/health system or infusion pharmacy accreditation experience, or minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, preferably within the healthcare field; relevant experience and/or certification in Lean, or Six Sigma, or Project Management desirable but not required.

Salary Range*: $100,700 - 155,100
This salary range reflects a national average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
