What you will do:
- Interact directly with Dealers and Markets using tools like Service Now
- Identify issues and errors reported
- Identify issues and trends based on information that you have reviewed
- Use other applications to research, resolve, and report to the appropriate parties.
- Edit invoices or research transactions for validity in multiple systems.
- Report common trends to your leadership and to Market Leadership upon request.
