Responsibilities:
The Priority Mission Collection Support shall support priority missions through the use of: The Army Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), The Operations Process and Army Design Methodology (ADM) IAW Unified Land Operations, Army Doctrine Reference Publication (ADRP) 3-0; Unified Land Operations, Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 3-0; The Operations Process, ADP 5-0; Army Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures No. 5-0.1 (ATTP 5-0.1); FM 6-0 Commander and Staff Organization and Operations; and prepare IAW AR 25-50 Preparing and Managing Correspondence and unit SOPs.
Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent. (CI Specialist: SIA3 4.5.2.1)
Conduct analysis of, and develop recommendations for, the planning, preparation, and execution of operations, and assess operations from initial concept or task until the mission or operation is complete for a specific event, phased operation, or recurring task, mission or operation.
Coordinate with Operational Planning Teams (OPT) spanning higher echelons (i.e. ACIC and Army G2X), multiple Army units, intelligence disciplines, and interagency partners to discuss the analysis and recommendations.
Analyze and develop recommendations regarding planning, management, and updated requirements for: Requests for Forces (RFF); exercises and exercise support missions; technology protection operations; long range planning calendar; and evaluate initiatives and special projects; Group's Continuity of Operations (COOP); and conferences or events.
Develop recommendations to plan, manage, update and execute support for special events, to include special engagements, guest speaker, senior level briefings, and very important person (VIP) briefings.
Provide analysis for systems integration for the modernization of the force through facilitation of maintenance, and coordination for training.
Provide recommendations to develop, maintain, update, and/or terminate associated SOPs or other repositories of information (i.e. SharePoint and websites).
Provide products in the form of briefings, recommendations for plans/orders (i.e., Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Operational Plans (OPLANs), Warning Orders (WARNOS), Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), Annexes), and recommendations for other staff writing (i.e. Memorandums for Record, After Action Reports, White Papers, Intelligence Summaries) to decision makers.
Required qualifications/skills:
Minimum education and years of relevant experience requirements:
High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelors Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
