Engineers Needed

We are looking for engineers to mainly handle maintenance work on all special-high-voltage and high-voltage electrical facilities at our high-performance polymer compounding plant in Utsunomiya City, as well as the same kind of electrical facilities for the entire Utsunomiya site where the plant is located.

Responsibilities

Role Definition

In accordance with our company's safety standards, regulations, and procedures, as well as standard operating procedures, you will perform maintenance work on special high-voltage and high-voltage electrical equipment at the high-performance polymer compounding plant and the entire Utsunomiya site where the plant is located, thereby promoting your own skill development.

Before being assigned to maintenance work, you will undergo a 3- to 6-month on-site training program (24-hour 3-shift system by 4-shift groups) as a process expert.

Qualifications

A successful candidate must have:

• College graduate or above
• Driving license (LRT commute also available)
• Second-class chief electrical engineer

(preference given to those with qualifications, also possible to obtain qualifications after being hired)

• Other Electrical qualifications
• English communication skill (TOEIC score of 600 or higher)
• PC skill (Creating materials using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio, etc.)
